Breakaway Brewing Company (BaBC) looks forward to joining the Government Hill Neighborhood of San Antonio in the Fall of 2022. Today we signed a lease for 1518 E.
Grayson Street to house our Nano Brewery and Kitchen.


On the brewery side, Founder and Head Brewer, Chris Pal-Freeman will focus on hand-crafting beer based on recipes that have been developed throughout his years of home brewing and collaboration with other brewers to develop recipes still used in their breweries or basements today.


The Kitchen will focus on Gastropub menu items inspired by current cycling races or events, but many with a Texas twist and ready to pair with any of our beers.
